Warranty Scope
We provide a 2-year limited warranty for all carbon fiber frames, starting from the purchase date.
This covers any material or manufacturing defects that occur under normal use.
Other main parts, such as the fork, handlebar, and seat post, come with a 1-year warranty.
For accessories and wear items like tires or chains, we’ll help if there is a proven defect — but normal wear is not covered.
Warranty Period
Your warranty begins on the day you buy the product.
Keep your purchase receipt, since it acts as your warranty certificate.
However, please note that some situations are not covered:
- Damage from accidents, collisions, or unauthorized repairs.
- Issues caused by overloading or poor maintenance.
